Piano instructor to play in Poland

Roberts was invited by Dr. Andzej Dutkiewicz, professor of piano and head of Contemporary Music Studies at the Frederic Chopin Academy of Music as part of the academy's 10th Anniversary of "From Chopin to Gorecki -- Sources and Inspirations."
Roberts received his bachelor of music in piano performance with honors at the University of Kansas and continued his education with post-graduate study as an NSEP scholar and Boren Fellow at the Chopin Academy.
He has studied with Dr. Kaye McAfee and Dr. Ann Rye at Henderson, Joann Baker and John McIntyre at Kansas City Conservatory, Jack Winerock at the University of Kansas, and Andrzej Dutkiewicz at the Chopin Academy. He has also participated in master class sessions with a myriad of renowned pianists including John Perry, Claude Frank, Abby Simon, Ralph Votapek, Howard Aibel, Carine Gutlerner and many others.
The Frederic Chopin Academy of Music is the oldest and largest school of music in Poland and one of the oldest in Europe.
Frederic Chopin, patron of the academy, studied at the Main School of Music between 1826 and 1829, and the school has since produced numerous musicians of international recognition.
