Sophomore swimmer Tara Grieger practices her butterfly stroke during a Lady Red Wave practice. The Lady Red Wave team comprises of 21 swimmers. Five of the swimmers are seniors, making the Lady Red Wave the only women's athletics team at Henderson with more than two veteran leaders.
